At Howler Brothers, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear, which is why we offer a 45-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we make the process as smooth as a glass-calm morning on the water.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to pull up your purchase history.

• 2.
  Select Your Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason so we can improve our future designs.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and affix the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your gear, we will issue your refund or ship out your new exchange items immediately.
